We're excited to partner with Lowe's to introduce our omnichannel retail software, OneShop™, in the company's Manhattan locations. Contrary to the typical big box format, Lowe’s two new locations operate at 30,000 square feet (one-fourth the size of the average Lowe’s store in suburban areas). This means there's less space for inventory and limits on large items. That's where we come in.
We've developed two unique solutions for Lowe's: an 84” 4K Interactive Wall and a 32” HD Interactive Table.
With the 84” 4K Wall, customers are immersed in a rich, highly visual experience that gives them the ability to explore and easily compare the actual size of appliances including refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and washers/dryers. The Next Aisle Over software also enables customers to view the products in 3D, review product specifications, easily make side-by-side comparisons, and to search and filter by product dimensions, brand, or price point.
Lowe’s interactive touchscreen table is integrated into a stainless steel table top, and houses T1V’s OneShop application, providing customer access to an endless aisle of rug and lighting solutions that are pulled directly from Lowe’s e-Commerce database, giving them a broader selection of products that are frequently purchased in the city. Customers can view customer reviews and create a ‘My Favorites’ list, which can be shared directly from the table via email.
T1V’s interactive solutions function at the crossroads of the physical and the digital, providing retailers a digital tool that empowers store associates, improves the in-store customer experience, and drives omnichannel strategies forward.
Perhaps of most value to Lowe's customers, OneShop communicates with Lowe's ten stores surrounding the Manhattan area, which serve as fulfillment locations for the Manhattan stores. The technology allows customers access to the full breadth of Lowe's offering, whether they choose to buy the products in-store, pick-up online orders, or purchase items for same or next-day delivery through the interactive touchscreen Walls and Tables.
In order to properly measure the performance of our solutions in its Manhattan locations, Lowe's has access to our online analytics platform, which provides valuable insight around in-store consumer behavior. Key metrics include product views, device activity time, average session length, sales conversions, and more.
